Making quotes for LDS General Conference has been one of my favorite ways that I can personally review and remember all the talks. It is kind of a big task for me, especially this year. It just seems like I have less time to do anything, but I know that I needed to do it so I pushed through it. 

I often have the feeling of let down after a conference session, but that is probably because I've been hearing for two days straight inspirational messages and it's hard to go back to normal life. It's likewise hard to hear so many messages and to not become overwhelmed with guilt. I've learned that guilt is contrary to what Heavenly Father wants us to feel, he wants us to feel hope and love. Hope that we can improve and love that he will be there with us the entire time. 

After this past conference, I definitely felt distracted and overwhelmed. What did I need to focus on. Going through all the talks quickly, I picked up the messages that I needed to hear and needed to work on. Many pointed the same direction and it is doable. There is hope in these words of Christ and I know all of us can grow from reading and listening to these talks.
