If you know me personally, you know that I love my reusuable snack bags. With 4 littles + 2 adults that needs snacks, snack bags have cut down on our plastic bag usage by A TON! I must admit, I haven't completely got rid of my plastic bags, but baby steps right?

I made one last year to test out to see if they were worth making more of. And then I forgot about it. Well, my husband was totally skeptical but guess what, he's the one who actually uses it all the time and told me I need to make more. So, a year later I finally did.
These reusable sandwich wraps are reusable and washable and a really easy sewing project. Like if you can sew in a straight line and cut squares then you are good! I used PUL fabric which is often used in diapers and tons of other things and typically food safe (apparently not all PUL fabric is food safe so make sure you double check that)

Here's a video but also check out written instructions below.
Step 1: Cut Fabric
Cut your one square outer fabric and PUL into 14 x 14 inch squares
Step 2: Sew
Place your PUL and outer fabric right sides together. Sew all way around with a 3/8" seam allowance but leave a 3" gap open
Step 3: Clip Corners
Clip corners and trim an excess fabric. Then turn right side out.
Step 4: Topstitch
Iron the whole thing and top stitch 1/4" from edge around the whole square including the opening.
Step 5: Velcro
Cut your 2 matching velcro sets at about 2" length. Sew velcro on one side of the velcro to the outer side of wrap (as seen below) and the other two pieces to the inner side. Make sure the velcro will be opposite of it's opposing side.
