Sooo...I've talked about this before, but Halloween used to be my least favorite of the holidays. When we were newly wed, we moved to Pennsylvania and ended up in a very sketchy neighborhood. During Halloween, those neighbors (who I was already scared of - no joke!) decked their front lawns with every scary thing from the Halloween store imaginable.
Seriously, I don't do scary. Ever. However, since having kids, my scared heart softened and I started to see the fun and not as scary side of Halloween. The fun (not scary - have I emphasized that enough) costumes, the pumpkins, not scary ghost and good witches.
Then enter the world of Harry Potter. I soon realized that Harry Potter is meant for the Halloween season. Seriously. Enough said.
