Ya, I know I'm a little late to be sharing pumpkin decorations, but in my defense, I keep them up until Thanksgiving. That's one of the reasons I LOVE pumpkins; they're perfect for all of fall and not just for the Halloween season. (see my white bean pumpkins here)
These dollar tree pumpkins became my pinterest challenge for this month. The line on the pumpkin was kind of distracting, but they were only a $1 so I thought it was worth the risk of buying them and giving them a make over.
I made two different ones:
Sheet Music Pumpkin:
I was inspired by Mabey She Made It Sheet Music Pumpkin and thought that would be a super easy one to replicate. I simply printed off sheet music that I found online and modge podged it on. I added a little brown paint to antique it.
Black and White Triangle Pumpkin:
I saw Balzar's Designs Triangle Pumpkin and thought that was kind of fun and different. So I spray painted my pumpkin black and took a white chalk marker to it. I love how it turned out. Really different but still classy.
I'm so happy how they both turned out and I didn't spend a lot on them. Awesome! Happy Halloween Everyone!
